Following the successful acquisition of Munich-based Videosystems Sicherungstechnik Vertriebs GmbHin March this year, Xortec is now acquiring Burgenkönig Video GmbH (“BK-Video”), based in Großbeeren near Berlin, with economic effect from January 1st, 2021.

With locations in Frankfurt am Main, Munich and Berlin, Xortec now belongs to the group of leading distributors for video security in the German market and underlines with this current acquisition its regional expansion strategy as much as its leading role as a complete solution provider for network-based security technology in Germany.
