Beyond Capital Partners Fund III, a fund advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH (“BCP”), acquired a majority shareholding in Hamburg-based ReachCon GmbH (“ReachCon”) via its portfolio company ECD International Holding GmbH (“ECD”). The closing took place on March 1st, 2024.

Founded in 2020, ReachCon is a full-service social media content creation agency that connects brands with young audiences through live stream marketing, influencer events and social media. The agency has Germany’s largest content creator network with over 2,000 content creators and a total reach of more than 3 billion followers and is an official partner of Meta and TikTok. 2023 saw the launch of its international pilot project “Battle of the Socials” (BOTS23), the largest content creator event in the world.
