The 51st International Festhalle Riding Tournament Frankfurt (IFRF) will take place in Frankfurt am Main from December 18th to 22nd, 2024. The IFRF is one of the largest and most traditional horse shows in Germany, bringing together people from all over the world while retaining a very familiar atmosphere. The Linsenhoff family has been actively involved in organizing the event since 2003 and has developed it into an international equestrian meeting place. Every year shortly before Christmas, equestrian fans and the stars of the world’s elite meet in show jumping and dressage competitions in the Festhalle in Frankfurt am Main.

Beyond Capital Partners is once again one of the official sponsors of this top-class equestrian event this year. The main motivation for this is the social commitment in the context of the children’s home competition on the last day of the tournament, which Beyond Capital Partners is presenting for the second time as a sponsoring and prize-giving partner. The company is making a five-figure donation to several children’s homes as part of a ceremonial award ceremony for the riding obstacles creatively designed by the children.

Beyond Capital Partners Fund II, a fund advised by the investment company Beyond Capital Partners GmbH (“BCP”), has acquired 100% of the shares in NR Neue Raumpflege Gebäude-Dienstleistungs-GmbH (“NR“) based in Freising near Munich via its portfolio company Dr. Hoffmann Facility Services Group GmbH (“Dr. Hoffmann“). Following the acquisitions of Gebäudereinigung Daniel Baumann GmbH (“GDB”) in November 2022, Clamex Gebäudereinigung GmbH (“Clamex”) in June 2023 and S&M Services GmbH (“S&M”) in December 2023, Dr. Hoffmann is further expanding its market position and continues its growth path in Germany. The closing took place in November 2024.

NR is an experienced facility services provider in the greater Munich area and, with over 150 employees, takes care of 92 properties with professional and certified infrastructural services, from individual service concepts, maintenance and special cleaning to glass and façade cleaning and winter services.

Dr. Hoffmann was founded in 1989 by Dr. Rainer Hoffmann and services with over 3,500 employees clients in the public sector as much as large companies in 190 cities and municipalities across Germany in the areas of facility management, cleaning and maintenance, outdoor facility maintenance, security services and feel-good services. Individual cleaning concepts, state-of-the-art cleaning equipment, sustainable products and the highest quality standards characterize Dr. Hoffmann’s service portfolio.

Since September 2024, Industriereinigung Dr. Hoffmann Gebäudedienste GmbH has been operating on the market with the new name Dr. Hoffmann Facility Services Group as well as a new corporate design and a relaunch of the company website. The name change reflects not only the expanded service portfolio, but also the company’s claim to act as a holistic provider of facility services and solutions. Furthermore, the name change symbolizes the group structure that the company has created.

Beyond Capital Partners Fund II, a fund advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH, has acquired 100% of the shares in Heidelberg-based Sanitätshaus Mayer & Rexing GmbH (“M&R”) via its portfolio company Ank-Kaiser Sanitätshaus GmbH (“Ank-Kaiser”). The closing took place on October 29th, 2024. Following the acquisition of Scharpenberg Orthopädie-Technik GmbH (“Scharpenberg”) in August 2024, Ank-Kaiser is continuing its nationwide buy & build growth strategy and belongs by now to the Top 10 medical supply groups in Germany.

Sanitätshaus Mayer & Rexing is a prominent regional medical supply store chain in Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatine offering a full range of medical, rehabilitation, aftercare and healthcare products via its nine medical supply stores. With the acquisition of M&R, Ank-Kaiser further consolidates its position as a supra-regional full-range medical suppy group with a total of 29 stores, innovative technolgy and a scalable infrastructure.

The closing took place on July 31st, 2024.

Ank-Kaiser is the leading full-range medical supply store chain in Rhineland-Palatine with 13 stores and excellent reputation, being incumbent in many hospitals and ambulatory healthcare centres and having a well-established network. With the acquisition of the highly renowned medical supply store chain Scharpenberg who offers a wide range of medical, rehabilitation, aftercare and healthcare products to its B2B and B2C customers being patients, hospitals and resident doctors and with a network of seven medical supply stores in Mecklenburg-West Pomerania and Brandenburg, Ank-Kaiser creates a supra-regional group with 20 stores, innovative technology and a scalable infrastructure to further expand geographically.

Beyond Capital Partners is delighted to continue its support as sponsor for the Carl von Weinberg Polo Cup 2024. The “Beyond Capital Partners” equestrian team was this year led by team captain Mauro Erriquez, the president of the Frankfurt Polo Club e.V., accompanied by Leona Liegat, European champion Svenja Hölty and international polo pro Justo Imaz.

From May 17th to May 19th, six international polo sports teams played for the cup at the Frankfurt Polo Club 1902 in Frankfurt in the picturesque Nidda meadows. The tournament is known for its low handicap level, which means that both experienced players and up-and-coming talents have the opportunity to participate and demonstrate their skills. This year, the polo team from Radio Frankfurt won the title. Congratulations to all the players.

The traditional sport has deep roots in Frankfurt. The von Weinberg brothers founded the first Polo Club in Niederrad in 1902.

Beyond Capital Partners Fund III, a fund advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH, reached its final closing at the hard cap of EUR 180 million in April 2024.

In addition to the capital commitment of all institutional limited partners already existing in the predecessor fund, further well-known fund-of-funds from continental Europe were acquired as investors. In addition, more than ten percent of the fund volume is provided by Beyond Capital Partners as General Partner and Beyond Family & Friends, thus ensuring a high degree of alignment of interests with its limited partners.
