Beyond Capital Partners Fund II, a fund advised by the investment company Beyond Capital Partners GmbH (“BCP”), has acquired 100% of the shares in Braunschweig-based Clamex Gebäudereinigung GmbH (“Clamex”) through its portfolio investment Dr. Hoffmann Gebäudedienste GmbH (“Dr. Hoffmann”) and continues its expansion following the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Gebäudereinigung Daniel Baumann GmbH (“GDB”) in November 2022. The closing took place on June 5, 2023.

With this takeover, the entire Dr. Hoffmann Group is developing into an integrated facility cleaning specialist, which, with 2,400 employees in large parts of Germany and in around 100 cities, reliably and trustfully supports its customers from the public sector as well as (large) companies as a professional B2B service provider.

The complete range of services includes the classic areas of maintenance cleaning, facility services, special cleaning, service personnel provision, event and catering as well as janitorial services. Individual cleaning concepts and state-of-the-art cleaning equipment are just as standard as the implementation of and compliance with ESG-relevant criteria. As early as 2021, Dr. Hoffmann became climate-neutral.

With the acquisition of Clamex Gebäudereinigung GmbH, founded in 1973, the Dr. Hoffmann Group expands from southern Germany into large parts of the northern federal states, thus expanding its national reach as well as the relevance of being able to be active for its customers as a nationwide facility cleaning specialist.

Beyond Capital Partners Fund II, a fund advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH („BCP“), is continuing its Germany-wide expansion with its platform investment “Dr. Hoffmann Gebäudedienste GmbH” (“Dr. Hoffmann”) by acquiring 100% of the shares in Hesse-based “Gebäudereinigung Daniel Baumann GmbH” (“GDB”). The closing took place on November 30, 2022.

Founder and namesake Daniel Baumann has continuously developed GDB over the past 15 years and established it as one of the relevant facility service providers in Hesse. GDB serves renowned and demanding customers from the commercial sector. The company’s wide range of services includes the approach of advising customers intensively in all areas of building cleaning and finding tailor-made solutions for every need. Daniel Baumann, founder and managing director of GDB, comments as follows: “This new basis opens up perspectives for us and our customers. We will be increasingly able to offer and implement modern and contemporary solutions for sustainable building cleaning and management. In addition, the common goal remains the promotion and good support of all employees – both in the industrial and commercial sectors.”

By expanding into Hesse, the Dr. Hoffmann Group will be able to increasingly meet the national inquiries of its clients in the future. The continuous development of new commercial customers as well as the expansion into other federal states of Germany through further acquisitions will continue to be in focus.

Beyond Capital Partners Fund II, a fund advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH („BCP“), acquired a majority shareholding in Greven-based Soft & Cloud GmbH (“S&C”). The closing of the acquisition has been accomplished at the end of November 2022.

Over decades, ANK Gruppe has been growing into the leading medical supply store group in Rhineland-Palatinate, offering 13 stores in eight different cities. Jointly with Beyond Capital Partners, the parties envisage to grow the group both organically as well as through a buy-and-build strategy with the target to establish one of the national market-leading groups in the medical supply store business, aiming to cover its customers on a supra-regional level.

Following the successful acquisition of Berlin-based Burgenkönig Video GmbH in January 2021, Xortec is now acquiring videotronic infosystems nord GmbH based in Hamburg, with economic effect from 01st January 2022.

With locations in Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Hamburg and Berlin, Xortec now belongs to the group of leading distributors for video security on the German market and underlines with this current acquisition its regional expansion strategy as much as its leading role as an innovative complete solution consultant and independent provider for network-based security technology in Germany.

Beyond Capital Partners Fund II, a fund advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH („BCP“), acquired a majority shareholding in Munich based Industriereinigung Dr. Hoffmann Gebäudedienste GmbH („Dr. Hoffmann“). Signing and closing have been accomplished in December 2021.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Hoffmann is a well-established, Bavaria-based and until now owner-managed company. It´s top-level client base comprises customers from the public sector like ministries, tax authorities and seats of the government as much as educational institutions and other trust-, security- and hygiene-sensitive customers. The broad infrastructure-related service variety has been expanded and established on a top-quality-level over many years through Dr. Hoffmann and, hence, puts this customer-centric servicer on top being one of the largest and renowned facility service providers in Bavaria.
