Dr. Hoffmann Facility Services Group, an investment of Beyond Capital Partners, continues to expand through the acquisition of ABRAXA-Gebäudereinigung

Beyond Capital Partners Fund II, a fund advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH (“BCP”), has acquired 100% of the shares in ABRAXA Gebäudereinigungs- und Service GmbH (“ABRAXA”) based in Munich via its portfolio company Dr. Hoffmann Facility Services Group GmbH (“Dr. Hoffmann”). Dr. Hoffmann is continuing his growth course as one of the leading facility services providers in Germany. The closing took place in October 2025.
ABRAXA is a well-established, medium-sized, family-owned business offering a wide range of facility services. Its portfolio spans regular maintenance cleaning, glass and façade cleaning, industrial and carpet cleaning, natural stone crystallization, deep and special cleaning, conference room service, kitchen and canteen hygiene, as well as client consulting and advisory services. The company operates under DIN ISO 9001 quality standards, covering everything from tender processes to day-to-day operations. ABRAXA has also developed an innovative digital quality management tool that optimizes, structures, standardizes, and visualizes cleaning processes to increase efficiency. Sustainability is a cornerstone of the company’s philosophy – for example, ABRAXA collaborates with suppliers that prioritize environmentally friendly raw materials and the responsible use of resources such as water.
